1 General Terms

These terms and conditions form a legal agreement between the user and bd-bet.cam (hereinafter referred to as "bd" or the "Platform"). By accessing the Platform, creating an account, or using any service, you are considered to have accepted all of these terms.

These terms apply under the laws of Bangladesh and govern all aspects of the relationship between members and bd. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are asked not to use the Platform.

2 Account Registration

2.1 One Account Policy

Each user may create only one account. Any attempt to open multiple accounts from the same person, household, or device will result in those accounts being cancelled and the associated funds may be confiscated.

2.2 Accuracy of Information

All information provided at registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. Providing incorrect or misleading details for name, date of birth, mobile number, or payment information is a violation of these terms. bd may request additional documents at any time for identity verification.

2.3 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your login credentials and password completely confidential. Allowing third parties to use your account or transferring your account is strictly prohibited. If you suspect unauthorized access or a security breach, notify bd's support team immediately.

2.4 Verification Process

3 Age and Eligibility

All bd services are exclusively for adults. An account cannot be opened unless the following conditions are met:

• You must be 21 years of age or older.
• You must reside in a jurisdiction where online gaming is not personally prohibited.
• You are of sound mind and are using this service voluntarily.
• You are playing on your own behalf and with your own money — not on behalf of or with the money of another person.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

The minimum deposit amount is ৳300. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Transactions below these limits will not be processed.

4.5 Erroneous Transactions

5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. Example: a deposit of ৳1,000 will add ৳1,200 in bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,200. Before withdrawing this bonus, a wagering requirement of ৳1,200 × 25 = ৳30,000 must be completed.

5.2 Other Promotions

bd offers various promotional offers from time to time. Each offer has its own wagering conditions, which must be read carefully before accepting the offer. Each promotion is available only for a specific period and under specific conditions.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

Any manipulation, use of multiple accounts, or syndicate betting to gain bonus benefits will result in the bonus being cancelled and the account may be closed. bd reserves the right to conduct an investigation if bonus abuse is suspected.

5.4 Bonus Usage Limits

Until the wagering requirement from the bonus balance is fulfilled, it may only be used in specific games or sections. bd reserves the right to limit the rate at which bonuses can be used on specific games. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly.

6 Gaming Rules

6.1 Game Results

All games in bd's slots, casino, and sports betting sections are operated by third-party software providers. Game results are determined by Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, in which bd has no ability to predict or intervene.

6.2 Betting Rules

In sports betting, each event's own rules apply. If a match is cancelled, postponed, or changed, bd will settle bets according to its own rules. For delayed bets in live betting caused by technical issues, bd's decision is final.

6.3 Collusion Policy

If multiple members place bets on the same event as a syndicate and this is found to be detrimental to bd, bd reserves the right to cancel the bets involved.

6.4 Technical Errors

If a game stops mid-round or produces abnormal results due to software or network issues, bd reserves the right to cancel or restart the round in question. bd's decision on this matter is final.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Money laundering or transacting with illegally obtained funds.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to play games.
• Attempting to find gaps or vulnerabilities in the Platform's security.
• Using another member's identity or impersonating someone else.
• Deliberately providing false information to claim bonuses.
• Coordinating with other members to manipulate game results.
• Using professional betting software or data mining tools.
• Using abusive, threatening, or discriminatory language toward other users or bd staff.

If any of the above violations are detected, the account will be suspended or closed immediately and the associated funds may be confiscated. Law enforcement may also be notified if necessary.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 bd's Rights

If any of these terms are violated, bd may suspend or close any account without prior notice. An account may be temporarily suspended while an investigation is ongoing.

8.2 Member's Rights

You may close your account at any time by contacting us via live chat or email. Before voluntarily closing an account, you will have the opportunity to withdraw your balance, though specific conditions may apply if active wagering is in progress.

8.3 Responsible Gaming Request

9 Limitation of Liability

bd takes every reasonable precaution in providing its services, but is not liable for the following:

• Service interruptions due to natural disasters or unavoidable circumstances.
• The content or activities of any third-party website or service.

In all circumstances, bd's maximum liability is limited to the amount of the transaction in question.
